Zero Tolerance for Incompetence

Perhaps the biggest social plague among us is rampant incompetence. I look around me, and I see fools. Incompetence is not easily targeted, as it infects all social classes, all races, colors, and creeds, and all walks of life. Perhaps that is not so bad as it is that society has come to tolerate -- even expect -- such moronic behavior from everybody, doing nothing to encourage people to dig themselves out of their self-dug pits of ignorance.

Needless to say, this has got to stop. If elected, I will enact several incentives to be competent, including tax breaks for the competent, as well as free passes to theme parks and cars and swimming pools and stuff.

Television is Evil

Have any of you ever watched that stuff? It's terrible! All of it. And every once in a while, when they show something good, they interrupt it every four minutes with an ad for some heinous long distance company or SUV or Booze or sometimes even an ad that does nothing but try to get you to watch more television. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind seeing the whole lot of them shut down.
