Random IdHOP News Update for 12/14/00

This one's pretty short, but between the IdHOP rennovation (see below),
the Christmas special which will be airing starting this weekend, and
everything else that's going on right now, I think you'll understand.

  First:  What's happening with IdHOP?  Well, I've started on the Fifth
Rennovation -- I figured since I'm paying for web hosting now, I might
as well make the page look nice.  The general look and feel of IdHOP
will be pretty similar (I had some exciting new design schemes in my
head, but in the end decided that none of them worked better than the
current scheme)...  I also am finally learning CSS and migrating IdHOP
over to The New Millenium of Web Design.
  And I'll have to admit, since I've trashed HTML before, that CSS does
do a relatively good job of fixing a significant number of the things
that I hate about HTML, which kind of made my day once I figured it out.
Don't get me wrong, though, my secret project to destroy HTML will not
be discontinued.

  Second:  I can't give you my word on it, but my friend EAAARRRRRRRL
is absolutely entralled with the game 'Sacrifice.'  There's a demo
available on voodooextreme.com or somewhere.
