The Story

Herein lies the tale of sixty-four competitors from around the cosmos, suddenly drawn by Destiny to fight. So ensued a battle waged across the universe, as those chosen for the tournament sought each other out and fought mercilessly and to the death. But Destiny is not haphazard -- there is always a higher purpose; this time, Destiny's purpose was a round-robin play in sixteen divisions, randomly seeded, lasting for three rounds, followed by a full-placement Tournament of Glory drawing from the victors in each of the original divisions.
